Our KYC (Know Your Customer) process is required by our financing partners when engaging in a lending situation with one our merchants. Understanding the health and workings of your company help to ensure that both Apruve and our underwriter can service your needs in the best way possible.
Please submit the following information to complete our KYC due diligence process.
Documentation
- Corporate Information sheet (sent to you by your Apruve sales rep)
- W-9
- If privately held, a copy of the owner’s drivers license
- Income statement – last two years + YTD
- Balance sheet – last two years + YTD
